These terms govern use of the public RC Flight Logbook website at rcflightlogbook.com. Mobile applications, future Pro services, connected hardware, and the planned member portal may have additional terms before they become publicly available.

Development status

The website describes a product in active development and validation. Planned, future, Pro, cloud, portal, hardware, pricing, and release information may change and does not promise that a feature or service is currently available or will be released on a particular date.

Safety

RC Flight Logbook is a recordkeeping aid. Radio observations, weather, navigation information, Remote ID, and telemetry can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. The product is not flight control and does not replace visual line of sight, safe operating practices, manufacturer instructions, equipment inspection, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, this website and its original text, graphics, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to Croft Labs LLC and protected by applicable law. You may access the website for lawful personal and business-information purposes but may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, impair service through automated requests, or use it in violation of law or others’ rights.

Disclaimers and limitation

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Croft Labs disclaims warranties about uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website.
